BootyDoc Race Team (Transformers Essence20 Threats)

Recently, one of my favorite comic artists made a short Transformers story featuring some original characters of his own creation. Often in these fanfic, the artist like using existing characters, but this time he created some OCs, which was fun! Additionally, after the comic, he produced character sheets for the OCs featuring their bot and vehicle forms, as well as what powers and abilities each possess.
Inspired by my love of his work and my love of the Transformers, I created Threat builds for BootyDoc's "Race Team"
There was a fourth OC in the comics by the name of Ionica. She obviously possessed a jet-form, based on her having wings. But BootyDoc did not produce a character sheet for her.
This is unofficial, fan-made material using the Transformers Essence20 rpg by Renegade Games Studio.
Daytona, Outrunner, and Rally are the OCs of BootyDoc.

DAYTONA

PERKS
Alpha Strike: Daytona takes advantage of slow-reacting enemies. When Daytona attacks a creature that has not yet had an action in the combat scene, that target counts as Surprised.
Bang Bang: When Daytona takes the Attack action, she attacks twice when attacking with a ballistic weapon.
Mode Conversion: Cybertronians spend a Free Action to convert between Bot Mode and Alt-Mode.
Rolling Start: Daytona uses Driving in place of Initiative Skill Tests. If she is in her Alt-Mode, Daytona rolls Initiative-based Driving Skill Tests with an Edge.

POWERS
Ammo Fabricator (Free, 1/Round, Requires Energon Point): As Daytona drives around the battlefield, she collects unspent ordinance, scrap, and energon to create any type of ammunition she needs. Until the start of her next turn, Daytona may add any one of the following Upgrades to a Ballistic Ranged Weapon she is wielding: Acid Bolts, Cold Ray, Electrobolter, Explosive Rounds, Firestorm, Nonlethal, Piercing, or Plate Piercing. This Power comes from an Equipment Upgrade. As Gear, this can be taken from Daytona when Defeated, or removed by force when Grappling.
Reckless Driving (Alt-Mode Only, Standard Action): By engaging an energy shield around her impact grill, Daytona can smash into multiple opponents at top speeds. She gains ↑1 on Ram Attacks (already listed in figured stats). Additionally, if Daytona spends a Standard Action before taking her Move Action, she can make any number of Ram attacks at different targets during her movement at a cost of 10 feet of Ground Movement per Ram attack made.

Boom! Head Shot!: When Outrunner Aims at a target with a Long Range Rifle, she can make a Science Skill Test against their Evasion or Cleverness. On a success, Aiming grants ↑2 instead of ↑1. Additionally, Outrider can critically hit with the d2 on her Targeting Skill Tests when using her Long Range Rifle.
Long Shot: Outrunner does not suffer a Snag when attacking from long range with a ranged attack.
Mode Conversion: Cybertronians spend a Standard Action to convert between Bot Mode and Alt-Mode.

POWERS
Clean Getaway (Free Action, 1 Energon Point): Outrunner can spend an Energon Point to turn Invisible until the end of her turn.
Turbo Boost (Free Action): Outrunner gains an additional 10 feet of Movement for every Free Action she spends in conjunction with her Move Action, and can buy up to her Movement in additional move. If she is surprised, Outrunner can still use a Move Action to move and Free Actions to gain additional movement, but uses the regular rules to Push Yourself.

POWERS
Personal Energy Shield (1/scene, Standard Action): Once active, the shield provides a +4 bonus to Rally’s Toughness and Evasion defenses. Once activated, the shield lasts for 1 minute or until it is subjected to EMP damage. A damaged or out of power shield can be repaired or recharged with a one hour DIF 15 Technology Skill Test.
The Hits Keep Coming (1/.turn, Free Action): When Rally defeats an enemy, she may use a Free Action to move up to her Movement and make a melee Might attack.
