Skywarp Contact Build (Transformers Essence20 rpg)
Starting in on the Contact Builds for the Seekers, we have the coolest Seeker of them all: Skywarp!
Growing up, Skywarp was my favorite of the Decepticon jets. Not only were they stylish in basic black with purple highlights, but they had a super-cool -- and unique -- power: Teleportation. No other Transformer has this power, to my knowledge.
And while Skywarp started as a male-gendered robot, like all the others in the beginning, they have been depicted as female in the two most recent animated incarnations of the genre (Cyberverse and Earthspark). Given that the Transformers can use more gender diversity, I choose to also make Skywarp female in my campaign. YMMV
Alternatively, given the fact that Skywarp is eventually reforged into Cyclonus during the Unicron Singularity, it could also be that, following the eventual destruction of Unicron (when his head is cast into the Alpha Centauri star) and Skywarp is restored to their original form, they take the time to readdress their identity and assume a female chassis. I'm not solid on all those plot details in my campaign, as they are WELL into the future of my currently 1988 setting.

SKYWARP
“Strike when the enemy isn’t looking.”
Teleportation is a dangerous tool in the hands of a capable adversary. Thankfully for the Autobots, Skywarp is the only Decepticon known to possess that ability. Skywarp's not terribly bright, to the point where she's practically worthless as a warrior without direct and constant supervision. Left on her own, she's much, much more likely to use her amazing teleportation power to pull off really immature pranks on anyone close by, be it enemy or "friend". She takes a charmingly puerile angle at thuggery, so her pranks are well-received amongst her Decepticon peers (except the victim, of course).
Influences
Cybertronian With Attitude (Comedic): Because, come on, a surprise push down a staircase is hilarious.
Origin
Seeker: Skywarp assumes the alt-mode of an F-15 Eagle fighter jet.
Role and Focus
Raider (Siegemaster): Between her missiles and machine guns, Skywarp loves to make things explode.

Gaining Skywarp As A Contact
Decepticon Brethren: If this Contact is on scene, the PCs can summon them for 1 round.
Prank War!: Skywarp enjoys pulling pranks on her friends and foes alike. If the PCs spend their downtime suggesting or planning pranks for Skywarp to perform on others, succeeding on three DIF 15 Deception, Initiative, and Performance Skill Tests, they gain Skywarp as a permanent Contact.
Seeker Force: As one of many Seekers in the Decepticon Army, Skywarp works alongside many of her fellows. If a PC is a Decepticon with the Seeker Origin, they can attempt a DIF 10 Persuasion Skill Tests to gain Skywarp as a temporary Contact.
Allegiance Points: 3
Contact Perks
Bombing Run (3 Allegiance Points): Skywarp strafes the battlefield, unleashing machine gun fire and missiles on everyone. All Threats in the combat scene suffer 1 Sharp Damage.
Mischievous (1 Allegiance Point): Skywarp is a notorious practical joker. A PC gains an Edge on their next Deception Skill Test.
Teleport (2 Allegiance Points): Skywarp is one of the few Cybertronians with the power to teleport. A PC teleports to any unoccupied space they can see within 60 feet. If the PC makes an Attack after teleporting, the target is considered to be Surprised, unless they have a Perk that prevents them from being Surprised.
