Mechbot (Mutants & Masterminds 3rd Edition Minion)
While working on Super Powered Legends: In SPACE!, I have been creating builds for standard technology and such found across the known worlds. One of these casual sights is, of course, robots!
Here is my build for a general Mechbot, a service robot programmed to maintain and repair buildings, starships, and other technological appliances (including other robots).
This article requires the use of the 3rd edition Mutants & Masterminds Heroes Handbook by Green Ronin Publishing.

COMPLICATIONS
Prejudice: Robots are treated as property.
Protocols: Robots cannot directly cause harm to sentient creatures, must obey the orders of a sentient creature it is programmed to recognize (unless it conflicts with the previous protocol), and must preserve its own function (unless it conflicts with the previous two protocols). These protocols are programmed into most service robots used by non-military personnel. In the case of security or military robots, these protocols are often removed, allowing the robots to attack sentient life forms.
Robot: A robot is repaired using Technology Skill instead of Treatment. Their memory can be erased with a computer mind-wipe.
Vulnerabilities: Being metallic constructs, robots are Defense Disabled against electronic and magnetic power effects.
Weakness: Robots must succeed on a DC 11 Will saving throw whenever they are damaged by an electrical attack or be Stunned for 1 round.
