Area 5

As the PCs approach the mausoleum, read the following text aloud:


The stone-carved steps of the mausoleum stretch around the front face of the building. They are flanked by a pair of statues carved into the wall of the structure itself, depicting various heroes of some battle from the past. The stairs rise 15 up to a pair of massive stone double-doors that are 15 feet wide and 20 feet tall. The doors are also flanked by a pair of these heroic statues.

Maybe it's a tick of the light, or the fact that you've been in the Dark Forest too long, but you can almost swear the cold, stone eyes of the statues are following you as you move.


The closed doors are unlocked. However, they are incredibly heavy, requiring a DC 12 Strength (Athletics) check to push or pull open. It is possible to break down the doors (AC 17, 27 hit points, immune to poison and psychic damage).

Dealing damage to the doors will alert the animated statue of the Goddess of Death (see area 3), causing it to attack the offenders.

Superman (My Personal M&M3e Build)

RANGE VIPER THREAT (GIJoe Essence20 rpg)

I've been thinking about a scenario that involves the use of Ranger Vipers from GIJoe. However, looking through the various sourcebooks, Range Vipers have not yet been built as a Threat. As such, here is my Range Viper Threat Build, based on their classic toy card description and their upgraded accessories provided with their GIJoe Classified action figure.
