ARCEE (Autobot NPC Essence20 Build)
For this post, I decided to go with everyone's favorite femme-chassis Autobot: Arcee.
Since being introduced in the original TF Movie in 1986, this character has enjoyed the heights of popularity as a character, even if not always being given the best of roles to play. Future TF series turned Arcee from "the girl character" to a badass warrior who every Deception feared to cross.
Whether she is pink or blue, Arcee has become a staple character of the TF universe.
This build use the Transformers rpg rules by Renegade Games Studios.

PERKS
Gladiator: Arcee gains an Edge on Intimidation Skill Tests when Distract comes into play.
Mode Conversion: Cybertronians spend a Standard Action to convert between Bot Mode and Alt-Mode.
No Escape: When an enemy moves within Reach of Acree’s melee weapon, she interrupts their movement to immediately attack them.
Partnered (Springer): Arcee can always Lend Assistance using a Free Action to her partner, Springer, as long as they are within sight of each other.
Wait For An Opening: When Arcee strikes on another creature’s turn, she gains an Edge on the Skill Test.

POWERS
Double Slice (1/turn, Free): When Arcee hits a target with a melee attack, she can make an additional melee attack ↓2 as a Free Action.
GEAR
Armor: Medium Armor Matrix (+2 Toughness)
Weapons: Blaster, Energon Swords x2
HANGUPS
Nemesis (Airachnid): Arcee has an ugly history with the Decepticon Airachnid. If she is involved in a scene with Airachnid (or someone openly acting on behalf of Airachnid), Acree suffers a ↓1 on all Skill Tests that are not targeting that individual to somehow hinder or harm them.
Protective: Acree’s protective nature sometimes causes her to take excessive risks, particularly for her friends. When an ally is injured within her perception, Arcee suffers a ↓1 to any action that does not involve coming to the defense of their ally.
