WINDCHARGER (Essence20 Transformers NPC)
Windcharger is an underused and underappreciated character. He has three listed traits in his tech spec: he's fast (the fastest of the original 1984 Autobots), he has magnetic powers, and he's a bit rash in the use of said magnetic powers; which often causes him to go through his fuel reserves.
He suffered an ignoble offstage death in the 1986 movie, his corpse being seen next to Wheeljack and briefly mourned by Arcee.

Earlier is Better Than Later: When in Alt-Mode, Free Actions used for additional Movement add 10 feet to Movement instead of 5. Additionally, exchanging Free Actions for additional Movement is not limited.
Mode Conversion (Pontiac Firebird Trans Am): Cybertronians spend a Standard Action to convert between Bot Mode and Alt-Mode.

POWERS
Magnetics (Standard, Targeting; Bot Mode Only): Windcharger targets a metallic creature or object he can see within 120 feet of himself and attacks with a Targeting Skill Test. The target must succeed on a competing Brawn Skill Test or be moved 30 feet in the direction of Windcharger’s choosing. If the target collides with a solid object, it takes 1 Blunt Damage for every 10 feet it traveled.
Prolonged use of Windcharger’s Magnetics power requires him to spend 1 Energon Point after the first use in each scene.
GEAR
Armor: Medium Armor Matrix (+2 Toughness)
HANGUPS
Impulsive: Windcharger is reckless and rash. No matter the circumstances, he never gains the benefits of Surprise. Additionally, Windcharger takes a ↓1 on his first Skill Test after he rolls Initiative.
