"War is the playground of the ignorant."

To put it in terms even your obviously limited intellect can easily understand: "Highbrow is smarter than you are". No, no, don't allow your comparably plebeian cerebral encumbrance to strain itself beyond endurance in a futile attempt to grasp the intrinsic universal magnitude of Highbrow's innate mental acuity, for it will bear no arboreal reproductive spheres. The ultrascopic trans-infinite sublimity of his diurnal ponderances transcend the circumference of most sentient species' entire thought-spheres, if he does vocalize the notion personally (and you can be certain he will).

The greatest tragedy of his existence is to be clearly so far beyond all those around him, entrapped as they are by their own primitive psyches and abysmal ignorance in a barbaric escalation of pugnacious defenestration and rebuttal. That a paradigmatic mind such as his own should be bound or beholden to a lesser being, especially a rude, primitive swain such as the Minicon Gort is a supreme and vexing irony.

Gaining Highbrow As A Contact

Fellow Autobot: If this Contact is on scene, the PCs can summon them for 1 round.

Negotiator: Highbrow hates when others resort to violence as their first option. If the PCs are successful in thwarting a combat scene from devolving into violence by talking with their enemies, making successful Deception, Intimidation, or Persuasion Skill Tests, they gain Highbrown as a permanent Contact.

Contact Perks

Acid Rainmaker Rifles (1 Allegiance Point): Highbrow is equipped with a pair of acid rainmaker rifles. One Threat suffers 2 acid damage.

Electronic Warfare (3 Allegiance Point): Why fight an enemy when you can cut them off from their allies or supplies with a simple communication? Any Threats in the mission cannot communicate or summon allies or additional support / equipment to their aid. If the Decepticons have a number of generic allies or minions in the mission, reduce their number by half. This lack of support gives the PCs an Edge when targeting Threats with abilities that target the Willpower Defense.

Radio Jammers (2 Allegiance Points): Highbrow uses his radioactive jammer to disrupt enemy communications. All Threats suffer a Snag on Alertness Skill Tests until the end of the scene.
