Interrogator, Cobra Villain (GIJoe Essence20 rpg)
I was recently cruising through some GIJoe websites and I came across the COBRA Battle Copter with Interrogator as its pilot. I thought "That's an odd choice for a character pairing with a vehicle. Why not a proper COBRA pilot or Heli-Viper?" But, according to his file card, not only is Interrogator a master at... well... interrogation... but is also a super-skilled helicopter pilot.
And while they have Contact information in the COBRA Codex, there is no Threat build for this villain. So, here is my unofficial, fan-made Threat build for COBRA's Interrogator!

INTERROGATOR
Threat Level 7 (Canny)
His past shrouded in mystery. Was he the notorious former head of security for a deposed Third World dictator? A renegade clinical psychologist? Or an IRS investigator? Nobody knows for sure, but what they do know is that Interrogator can siphon information out of even the most obstinate prisoner simply by talking to them. Not only is he know for his intimidating interrogation techniques, but he’s also an impeccable helicopter pilot. He can fly through a Siberian blizzard with his eyes closed and still arrive at COBRA headquarters ahead of schedule.
“We think Interrogator has a voice modulator / synthesizer built into his helmet that works in conjunction with a trance inducing LED display. His subjects listen to his soothing baritone voice, stare at his flashing lights, and before they know it, they’re spilling secrets. We suspect that he also uses such sophisticated ‘toys’ as a stress analyst, a retinal dilation sensor and other instruments that would add up to a reliable lie detector of sorts.”

Informed Accuracy: When Interrogator attacks a creature that he’s used Analyze Target on in this combat, he gains ↑ on the attack equal to the number of times he used Analyze Target on them.
Loaded Questions: Interrogator knows the best ways to navigate and manipulate a conversation to their own ends. This is especially true when a target doesn’t realize this is happening. If Interrogator targets the same creature with his Deception and/or Persuasion Skill Tests in a single scene, he gains a cumulative ↑1 with each Skill Test.
Shatter Resolve: Interrogator is an expert at prying through someone’s mental and emotional deflections. All Willpower and Cleverness Defenses take a –2 penalty against his Deception and Persuasion Skill Tests.

Analyze Target (Standard): Interrogator makes an Alertness Skill Test against the Willpower or Cleverness of a target he can see. On a success, he can learn a valuable piece of information of his choice about them, such as their Rank in a specific Skill, or a Defense score.
