Sgt. Stone (GIJoe Essence20 Contact Build)
As I prepare to once again start running my Transformers: MASK '88 campaign, I am going through my old notes and building Contacts for the characters whom the PCs regularly interact at the Boulder Hill base outside of Jasper, Nevada.
The regular NPCs at the base include:
Brawn - Autobot munitions expert. He serves as the team's Quartermaster. You can find his Contact Build here.
Brainstorm - Autobot scientist. He maintains and operates the base's Cybertronian technology, such as its Land Bridge.
Cover Girl - As one of GIJoe's best vehicle engineers, Cover Girl maintains the team's motor pool. She is delighted to operate with new vehicles assimilating the Cybertronian technology, like those found in the MASK garage.
Sgt. Stone - Whereas Cover Girl is assigned to maintain the motor pool of MASK, Sgt. Stone is here to maintain the physical bodies of the Joes stationed at Boulder Hill. Plus, I'm a big fan of Brendan Fraser!
William Fowler - Just transferred from the FBI, Fowler is the team's law enforcement and government liaison.
This article focuses on Sgt. Stone as he was presented in the GIJoe: Rise of Cobra film.
If you enjoy this article, please help support my friend Owen with his medical debt.

Brutal (1 Allegiance Point): Stone knows how to motivate with his words. A PC can use Intimidation in place of any other Social Skill Tests for their next turn.
